Pawel Mysliwiec
Meet Pawel Mysliwiec, trainer at Xebia Academy. On behalf of Xebia Pawel co-trains the training course Professional Scrum Master.
Pawel is a Professional Scrum Trainer & Professional Scrum Master class Steward. His objective as a professional is to help enabling organizations and people composing them to find a more human way of working together and creating awesome, sustainable results.
Born in communist Poland and having lived in Africa and Western Europe, Pawel is always bringing a broad personal and professional experience to his efforts. Be it through coaching, teaching or mentoring. His past experience as a programmer, analyst, product manager, project manager and team manager serves him well. All along the ten years of experience, he had a chance to practice Agile and Lean approaches, focusing mostly on Professional Scrum.
He proudly represents his own company, Humanize, his training organization, Pyxis, his Professional Scrum Trainer community at Scrum.org and on a much broader scale our species, homo sapiens.
Pawel is a father of a beautiful and bright 5-year-old daughter, and he rediscovers the value of human connections and marvels at relationship simplicity as it can be with his daughter every time he can. In his close community, family and friends, they care about spending time together, sharing joy and hope, and trying their best to influence our professional and personal communities in a more caring and sustainable approach to our environment and our planet.
