How software is made in the age of AI is changing: developers now spec, plan and verify while a coding agent writes the code. In 1 intensive day you experience it first-hand, in your own product role: one full cycle of agentic engineering, MVP-sized, with Claude Code or an equivalent. You design, build and verify your own app, website or platform, put it on GitHub, and ship a first version live.

What will you learn?

The 2-day training had you build a prototype in a prompt-to-app tool. This day goes where your developers already are: a coding agent, a repository, and a workflow the field now calls agentic engineering (spec, plan, implement, verify).
You run that cycle once, end to end, on an app that’s MVP-sized by design. You write the spec like a PM, with the Value-First canvas from the 2-day training packaged as a skill for your coding agent. You design the screens and hand them to the agent. You build in bounded steps, verify with evidence and commit to GitHub as you go.
Then you make it real: a pre-flight checklist for what must be true before anyone uses it (even if that’s just you), and a European hosting path that fits your app’s shape. Most participants ship a first version live before the day ends. The rest leave knowing exactly how.

Key takeaways

  1. Work the way your developers work now
Spec, plan, implement, verify: the agentic engineering loop, a concise project instruction file, and the habit of describing “done” precisely. You’ll recognise it in your team’s next sprint.
  2. Ship your own app, website or platform
A working app of your own on GitHub, designed, built and verified with a coding agent, plus a pre-flight checklist and a European hosting path. Live by the end of the day if your setup allows.
  3. Keep the toolkit
A Value-First skill for your coding agent, spec and instruction-file templates, the pre-flight checklist and the hosting guide. Built on one app today, reusable on the next one you start.

Program & topics

One full cycle, MVP-sized. Every step of the professional workflow, sized to fit a day.
The morning: the loop, and something running. You learn how engineering teams work with coding agents and what stays human: describing “done”, judging the plan, checking the evidence. You set up agent, GitHub repository and instruction file. You write the spec with the Value-First skill, design the screens, hand them to the agent, and get a first version running.
The afternoon: making it real. Build in bounded steps with the plan as the gate and evidence as the proof. Connect an AI model or another service if your build gets there. Run the pre-flight checklist, pick a European host, ship, and demo.

A Value-First skill turns your canvas into a build spec: value, user actions, MVP slice, and acceptance criteria as the agent’s definition of done.

Who is it for?

Product Managers, Product Owners, Heads of Product, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches at organisations of any size, freelancers included, with the 2-day training as foundation, or equivalent knowledge and something to build: a testable prototype, an internal tool or a first product.
Bring a paid coding-agent plan (Claude Code or similar) with a day’s token headroom, a laptop you can install on, and an idea (or pick from our menu).

Requirements

No coding required: a terminal and an agent that explains itself.

Why should I do this training?

Understand how your developers work now

Engineering teams now spec, plan and verify while agents write the code. After this day you’ll have done it yourself: written the spec, judged the plan, checked the evidence, shipped. Your next conversation with your team about scope, estimates and quality starts from experience.

Ship something real, on your own

The 2-day training gave you a prototype. This day gives you a working app on GitHub, a pre-flight checklist for what must be true before anyone uses it, even if that’s just you, and a European hosting path that fits your app. Most participants ship a first version live before they leave, and every participant leaves able to.

Current practice, one full cycle, MVP-sized

The day follows the spec-driven, agentic engineering practice engineering teams use today: a concise instruction file, a plan gate before any change, verification with evidence, a second agent to check the work. Every step is in the day; the app is small by design. And you keep the toolkit: the Value-First skill, the templates, the checklist and the hosting guide.

What else
should I know?

After registration you’ll receive a confirmation with practical details and the pre-work: install your coding agent and confirm it runs, create a GitHub account, and optionally create accounts for a design tool and a European host so shipping goes faster on the day. Lunch and snacks are included. You’ll receive the digital materials, the Value-First skill, the templates, the pre-flight checklist and the hosting guide, plus access to the alumni community. Travel and accommodation are not included.

See you soon!

A delicious lunch is included as well as snacks.

Bring your laptop; you must be able to install software on it

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.

A paid plan for your coding agent with token headroom for a full day; Claude Code is the reference tool, Codex, Gemini CLI, Mistral Vibe and agentic IDEs are welcome, local open-weight models too if your laptop can run them
