Tünde Alkemade
Meet Tünde Alkemade, trainer at Xebia Academy. Tünde is a Big Data trainer and gives trainings like Cloudera Developer for Spark and Hadoop on behalf of Xebia.
Tünde is a data engineer who loves to solve interesting puzzles. She likes to work with the latest technologies, but she is also focused on making sure that clients can set up production-ready systems.
Being specialized in distributed systems, she worked in multiple domains to help clients achieve their goals. She worked as an architect at multiple clients, she helped set up and configure multiple clusters, and mentor team members, but above all she enjoys creating software solutions. She is versed in multiple programming languages, including Scala, Python and Java.
Tünde is a certified trainer for the Data Analyst, Developer, Spark and Administrator Cloudera courses.
She joined Xebia Data in 2013. Before that she worked at KPMG and Nikhef and she finished her master at the University of Amsterdam in Grid Computing.
