After exploring the Nexus™ framework and refreshing your Scrum knowledge, we will start the hands-on part of this training, which is why we call this a workshop.
You will learn how to launch, structure, staff, and manage a complex Agile project using Scrum and the Nexus™ framework.
You will experience the challenges during a large-scale development project in this ‘training environment’, with enough room for exploring solutions yourself.
The workshop will also teach you how to create multiple teams and divide the workload perfectly.
Together, we will work on an end-to-end case study.

Exam and Certification
After completing the training course, you will receive an exam code from Scrum.org. This code is valid indefinitely, allowing you to take the online exam whenever you choose.
If you take the exam within 14 days after receiving the exam code and you do not pass with the required score, Scrum.org offers a free second attempt.
If you take the exam later and don’t pass, you can request a new exam code from Scrum.org. Any additional attempts will have separate costs which are not included in the training course.
Important information:
- Pass the exam with a score of at least 85% to receive the Scrum.org Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) certificate.
- Become a lifelong member of the Scrum.org community.
- Be included in the global Scaled Professional Scrum database.

After registering for this training, you will receive a confirmation email with practical information. A week before the training, we will ask you about any dietary requirements and share literature if you need to prepare.
