Program
The program is structured into four capability areas totaling 12–14 classroom hours, focused on judgment and decision-making under enterprise constraints, followed by engagement-based applied practice.
- Lead executive discovery workshops, map business capabilities and uncover bottlenecks. Identify AI opportunities, validate root causes and define success through clear business metrics.
Who is it for?
• FDEs who have completed L2, or Solutions Architects and senior engineers with 5+ years of experience.
• Engineers who lead enterprise engagements and own the executive relationship directly.
• Practitioners expected to define the business case and technical roadmap without an intermediary product manager.
Prerequisites
L2 FDE completion, or equivalent, with a proven system architecture background.
A track record of independent technical delivery.
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
