What will you learn?
In this intensive three-day program, you’ll learn how to move from AI experimentation to structured, organization-wide adoption. We’ll cover how to shape an AI strategy aligned with business goals, navigate governance and risk (including EU AI Act implications), design the right operating model, and lead cultural change across teams.
You’ll explore real-world cases, assess your organization’s AI maturity, and build a practical roadmap to turn AI from hype and isolated pilots into sustainable value creation.
Key takeaways
- A Clear AI Adoption Plan
Know how to define opportunities, sequence initiatives, and avoid common AI hype traps and anti-patterns. - Governance & Risk Confidence
Understand how to address compliance, ethics, and accountability, without slowing down innovation. - Leadership Leverage
Gain the tools to align executives, empower teams, and lead AI transformation as a strategic business capability that resonates with your organization.
Program
Over three intensive days, we move from strategy to execution. On day one, we focus on the strategic foundation of AI adoption. You will clarify what AI means for your organization, distinguish real strategic opportunities from operational noise, and understand the governance and regulatory landscape, including key implications of the EU AI Act. We explore where AI can truly create value, and where it should not.
Day two shifts to operating models and capabilities. We examine how to structure teams, decision-making, data foundations, and risk management to support scalable AI adoption. You will assess your organization’s current maturity and identify the gaps that typically derail AI initiatives, from unclear ownership to fragmented experimentation.
On day three, the emphasis is on leadership and change. We translate strategy into a concrete adoption roadmap, define measurable outcomes, and address the cultural and behavioral shifts required at executive and management levels. You will leave with a pragmatic plan to lead and communicate AI adoption with clarity, responsibility, and measurable impact.
Expect assignments between training days to anchor the theory in your practice environment.
