Competitor research, stakeholder reports, feedback triage, sprint prep: recurring work eating the hours you’d rather spend on strategy or talking to stakeholders. In 1 intensive day you build AI agents to take it over, in Microsoft Copilot and n8n (Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Agent, Gemini Spark, OpenClaw welcome too), and leave with a working agent and a multi-agent workflow for your own pain point.

What will you learn?

You know what agents are. You’ve seen an agentic workflow run and can explain why it matters. Building one yourself is a different skill, and that’s what this day is for.
In the morning you climb the autonomy ladder inside Microsoft Copilot: from ready-made agents, to Excel Agent Mode (you’ll watch an agent change a file on its own), to your own agent in Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, to agents that call other agents.
In the afternoon you open the hood in n8n. You story-map a recurring pain point from your role, build the MVP workflow, then grow it into a team of specialist agents connected to tools like Jira, Confluence and Slack. One agent gathers, one analyses, one formats and sends.
By the end of the day both are running, and you understand agents well enough to build them in whatever tool comes next.

Key takeaways

  1. Build agents in the tools you already have
Go from using ready-made Microsoft Copilot agents to building your own in Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, with instructions, knowledge sources, tools and triggers, and share it with your team..
  2. Wire a multi-agent workflow by hand in n8n
Story-map a real pain point, then build it: triggers, AI calls, data transformations and outputs, connected to Jira, Confluence or Slack. Your workflow runs before you go home.
  3. Decide when agents pay off, in any tool
Learn the autonomy spectrum and the patterns behind agentic systems, so you know when one agent is enough, when to split into specialists, and what an agent costs versus what it returns.

Program & topics

One day, two halves, one mental model.
The morning is Microsoft Copilot, or the agent tool you bring. You walk up the autonomy spectrum: ready-made agents, an agent that acts inside Excel, then your own agent built and tested in Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, then a main agent delegating to child agents. Microsoft hides the wiring; you learn what it’s doing for you.
The afternoon is n8n, where the wiring is visible. You pick a recurring pain point from your role, story-map it, build the MVP, then extend it into a full agent team connected to your tools. Debug, tune, run. By the end you can design agents in n8n, Copilot Studio or whichever platform your organisation adopts next.

Instructions, knowledge sources, tools and triggers. Build, test and refine your own agent, then let a main agent delegate to specialists.

Who is it for?

Product Managers, Product Owners, Heads of Product, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches at organisations of any size, freelancers included, with the 2-day training as foundation, or equivalent knowledge and recurring work to get off their plate.
Microsoft Copilot is the reference tool; Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Agent, Gemini Spark or OpenClaw are welcome. No agent tool? You build all day in n8n, on an account made on the spot.

Requirements

No coding required. Bring one recurring pain point and eagerness to build.

Why should I do this training?

Leave with automation that runs, on the day

Every participant goes home with a working agent and an n8n workflow built around a pain point from their own role, connected to their own tools where possible. The kind of workflow that hands back hours every week: competitor research done by the time you arrive, a stakeholder report drafted from live data, user feedback categorised and turned into action items.

Two tools, one way of thinking

Microsoft’s builders hide the orchestration; n8n shows every trigger, call and data step on a canvas. Building in both teaches you how agents actually work, which is what lets you design one in whatever tool your organisation adopts next.

Product skills you already have, applied to agents

Story mapping, MVP thinking and value-first reasoning turn out to be exactly what agent design needs. You’ll scope an agent like a product, decide single versus multi-agent by the quality it delivers, and weigh what an agent costs in autonomy and reach against the value it returns.

What else
should I know?

After registration you’ll receive a confirmation with practical details, including how to check your Microsoft Copilot access before the day. Lunch and snacks are included. You’ll receive the digital materials, the workflow templates and access to the alumni community.

See you soon!

A delicious lunch is included as well as snacks.

Bring your laptop; you’ll build on it all day

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.

Bring one recurring pain point from your role; it becomes your workflow
If your company allows it, bring access to one of your tools (Jira, Confluence or Slack) so your workflow connects to real data
