Meet Jarl Meijer, trainer at Xebia Academy. Jarl is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and a specialized agile management trainer. With his vast SAFe experience, he teaches the Certified Leading SAFe courses and Agile Project Management.

Jarl is an experienced trainer and consultant who has a focus on how Agile can be used at an organizational level. In more general terms, he is interested in how a group of people can be organized in such a way that they get the best out of their combined competencies. Fortunately, this is exactly what he does in his consulting and coaching assignments: helping organizations with an Agile challenge.
Jarl is also Board Member of the Agile Consortium, the Netherlands. He is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and, therefore, a certified trainer for all our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training courses.
In 2023, Jarl celebrated his 15-year anniversary at Xebia. Next to his work passion, he likes to talk about sports, unexpected travel destinations, and food.
