Manuel is passionate about technology. His interest is in making the developers’ life easier through software automation. He is Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and embraces emerging technologies and modern approaches. For him, there is nothing but agile, Git, TDD, Docker and a bit of Azure & Azure DevOps.

Manuel has a definite opinion on almost everything and is not afraid to defend it. He likes to be on the ball. You won’t find him busy e-mailing, writing exhaustive documents or PowerPoints. You’ll see him acting as an editor instead, where he teaches by example and explains things by actually doing them.

Manuel has helped to move the largest insurance company into Azure DevOps, getting a large bank back in control over their software delivery process and an energy supplier discover micro-services as a future architecture.
