Evelyn van Kelle
Evelyn van Kelle is a change management consultant who helps organizations bridge the gap between Business and IT. She guides leaders and teams away from local optimizations and toward improving the system as a whole, designing sociotechnical systems that balance the organization, the people, and the technology. Evelyn beliefs that to achieve sustainable transformations that actually last, the focuses should be on the true critical factor of organizational success: behavior. Using a mixture of social sciences, behavioral sciences, Domain-Driven Design, and technology, she helps designing and evolving the best environment for people to thrive in.
