Gino is an agile product management coach and trainer, with experience in different roles such as developer, Scrum master, product owner and product manager. Working with both large companies and startups, Gino has a proven track record in maximizing customer value and making a positive impact on the teams he is coaching.
Gino’s area of expertise is agile product and innovation management. Inspired by agile and the lean startup methodologies he is driven to make innovation a part of the organization’s culture, minimizing the risks and uncertainties involved with innovation by implementing fast customer feedback-loops and validated learning techniques.
Gino holds a Master degree in Business Information management, a Bachelor degree in Information science and other certifications in Agile / Scrum and Product Management (SVPG, ISPMA).
