With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she helps Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Leaders, and teams grow through practical, brain-based training rooted in real-world challenges.
She has worked with organizations like ING, Rabobank, VodafoneZiggo, and Unilever—and is a leading voice on the human side of AI.
Evelien helps teams and leaders use AI in meaningful, ethical, and effective ways, focusing on people, collaboration, and augmentation over automation.
