Exam and Certification
You will receive a voucher for an online exam by email from PeopleCert a few days before the course starts. You must redeem this exam voucher directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The exam is only available in English. The online exam is supervised by a PeopleCert proctor, so you will need a device with a microphone and camera. We recommend taking the exam on a private PC or laptop, as company devices often come with certain restrictions.

Exam format: Web-based, multiple-choice questions, number of questions: 40, duration: 60 minutes, open book (no paper notes allowed), passing score: 65%
In this context, “open book” means that you may use your course materials during the exam on a second device or in printed form.
Please note that for this DEVOPS INSTITUTE exam in English, you now have access to a searchable PDF version of the course slides directly in the exam interface.
Option “Take2” :
This option allows you to retake the exam at a reduced price if you do not pass. The retake exam is held online. If needed, you can book this option independently in your PeopleCert candidate profile before scheduling your exam. You have up to six months from the date of your first exam to prepare for and complete the retake.
