Tom is trainer bij Xebia Academy en een expert in digitale en agile transformaties. Naast trainer is Tom ook Agile consultant bij Xebia. Zijn werk in het transformeren van grootschalige bedrijven in Agile organisaties en het ontwerpen van toekomstige bedrijfsmodellen, stelde hem in staat de wereld rond te reizen en interculturele ervaring op te doen, waar hij absoluut van houdt.
Hoewel hij actief is geweest in verschillende sectoren, heeft hij de meeste ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie en de luchtvaart. Daarnaast is Tom ook een betrokken keynote spreker op (internationale) conferenties.
