It will greatly benefit you and your team when these stakeholders also understand the principles of Scrum. The Scrum Master can then also become a participant and not just the facilitator, which can lead to different perspectives.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div \n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper--simple\" \n\tdata-id=\"7a3ee91d\" \n\tdata-bg-on-inner=\"false\" \n\t>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner\">\n\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"21a3766b\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"fd1038a6\">\n\tOf course, you can also ask your Developers or Developers of a different team to facilitate a Sprint Retrospective. Organize Scrum Master knowledge sessions within the organization, or take part in them if those already exist.
