\n\tRon begon zijn carri\u00e8re in 2000 en werkte voor organisaties die software gebruiken om hun klanten te helpen succesvol te worden. Hij ontdekte dat het vak van software developing heel complex is en veel creativiteit vereist. Terwijl zijn collega’s slimme en creatieve individuen waren, liepen ze vast op bureaucratie, trage besluitvorming en uitgebreide langetermijnplanning. In 2004 veranderde dit toen hij Scrum & XP ontdekte! Hij zag niet alleen dat teams plezier hadden terwijl ze creatief bezig waren, maar wat nog belangrijker was, was dat klanten en eindgebruikers ook blij waren! <\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\tIn die jaren heeft Ron geleerd hoe leiders een werkomgeving kunnen cre\u00ebren die geschikt is om Scrum effectief te laten zijn, Scrum-teamleden kunnen helpen het beste uit hun functie te halen, en verschillende HR-praktijken kunnen cre\u00ebren om Scrum-teams te faciliteren. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n\tHoewel hij veel geweldige Scrum-teams heeft geholpen, zijn er nog meer teams die nooit hun volledige potentieel bereiken.
