\n\tMarco helpt organisaties betere resultaten te behalen door gebruik te maken van Scrum en een bredere set van Agile praktijken. Marco traint en coacht teams, management, Product Owners en Scrum Masters bij het invoeren en verder ontwikkelen van Agile praktijken. Hij coachte verschillende grote bedrijven zoals Ahold, Wehkamp, Randstad, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank en Tommy Hilfiger. Hij heeft ook veel kleinere bedrijven gecoacht, zoals Zicht Online, Digitpaint, Boerdam en Finaps. Daarnaast coachte hij overheidsorganisaties als Waternet en Provincie Groningen. Hoewel Marco’s achtergrond in softwareontwikkeling ligt, helpt hij vaak Scrum toe te passen in niet-IT omgevingen zoals marketingteams. <\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\tMarco’s ervaring met Agile gaat terug tot het begin van de Agile-beweging in 2001. In die periode maakte Marco deel uit van OTI, een bedrijf opgericht door Agile pioniers. Als softwareontwikkelaar bij OTI werkte hij aan Eclipse, een populaire ontwikkeltool die is gemaakt door een aantal Agile teams. Later was Marco medeoprichter van NLScrum en trainde hij regelmatig mee met Scrum-oprichter Jeff Sutherland. In 2011 werd Marco de tweede gecertificeerde Scrum Trainer in Nederland. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n\tMarco heeft talloze Certified Scrum Master (CSM) en Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) trainingen gegeven. Hij doet dit graag en legt er zijn hart en ziel in.
